| About Students |
In this course, students utilize and direct all previous knowledge attained in the area of management toward the solution of a pragmatic problem. The research project incorporates theoretical and empirical literature plus relevant methodology. The course will teach students basic and intermediate skills that are essential for strategic consulting. Topics such as problem analysis, company valuation, as well as framework and general strategy development will be covered. Students will be evaluated based on their performance in class discussions and their performance in the consulting project. Students will work in either a domestic or an international consulting team for global and domestic companies. Students are expected to collaborate, discuss and deliver recommendations to their clients during weekly meetings. Each project will conclude in a final presentation to each teamís respective client. Class discussions and lectures will be centered on discussions of the domestic projects.
