| Project Title | Supply Chain Strategy And B2 B Pipeline Generation |
| Project Synopsis |
What is the challenge or opportunity you are trying to address within your organization? We are looking to scale in a number of directions but need the supply in order to match with marketing efforts. Would like to identify a pipeline of B2B targets for pursuit and strategic pitches to attract different industries.
What are some of the activities or action items you think will need to be taken to achieve your desired results? Find Contract Manufacturer to outsource scale production. Currently we are working with PCB designers to prepare for this transition. Once at scale, need to identify industries and targets for bulk orders and partnerships to accelerate scale.
What would make this project a success for your organization? What measurable results are you looking to accomplish? Looking to find domestic and "close international" options for contract manufacturers with ability to support volumes in the 100s up to the 100ks that are capable of electronics manufacturing with designed PCB board. Expanding to match the supply, a B2B generated pipeline would help anticipate demand and market appetite for GLANCE.
