BONDI’s Energy is on a mission to electrify and increase energy efficiency in multifamily and commercial buildings across the North-East. We are accomplishing this through turnkey energy efficiency retrofits that also increase building values, and protect against carbon fines such as Local Law 97 in New York City.
Heat pump technology is the most energy-efficient way to heat and cool buildings and plays a vital role in the global shift toward decarbonization. The burning of natural gas for space heating and hot water is one of the biggest contributors to greenhouse gas emissions.
