What is the challenge or opportunity you are trying to address within your organization? Help a company define the target audience and customer segements and design a sales campaign to create conversions.
What are some of the activities or action items you think will need to be taken to achieve your desired results? In-depth research on each state regarding demographics and the fashion business. Surveying and collecting consumer research in each state to determine habits of the consumer. Analyzing all the data and research collected to make informed business recommendations. Conducting surveys regarding college students preferences and trends regarding fashion.
What would make this project a success for your organization? What measurable results are you looking to accomplish? As an immediate goal, making the consumer experience team at MANGO satisfied with the reports and business recommendations provided by SGN. Additionally, that they use the reports as they make decisions regarding their expansion and store locations. In the long run, MANGO having success in the US market and continue to expand to different states.
